My first Etsy Sale!

Oh, happy day! I got my first Etsy sale today! I'm so excited. My hubby says "we're rolling in the money now". :)
Now it's just the matter of getting it boxed and shipped. I'm always nervous shipping my glass. Although I wrap things well, double box and cushion, you never know with the Post Office or any other shipping company for that matter. Sometimes I think they just like to see if they can break your items no matter what you do. And then of course, all that boxing, cushioning doesn't make for pretty packaging. But I'm just happy if it get's there safe and sound and the buyer enjoys it.
Anyway let's all celebrate! Maybe more sales are on the way.

Fused Dr. Pepper Bottle Windchime

Well, got the Dr. Pepper windchime listed tonight. It's really cute. It's made from the Dr. Pepper bottles with the Dr. Pepper made with Pure Imperial Cane Sugar. It will make a cute gift especially for the Dr. Pepper drinker.

Hopefully it will get me my first sale in my etsy shop.

Dancing with the Stars

Hi all, watching Dancing with the Stars while working on some paperwork and some glass ideas. They all seem to be doing well. Hoping my paperwork and glasswork goes as well.

Got asked about doing an interview on another blog. Should be fun.
Plus got in as VIP for the new etsy advertising site. Working up my posts and ad. Anxious for it to get going, hopefully in time to get us some good sales for the next month or two.
